Your unit will be on the first floor in the rear of a 1900 yo building. It has nice sized rooms with roomy closets. It has a full bath with tub and shower. It comes with a large fenced in back yard that has plenty of room for bikes, buggy boards, etc. It has an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. You will have a large picnic table with plenty of chairs and a gas grill. Inside there is a great room with a queen size pull-out couch. There is a breakfast/lunch counter between the kitchen and the living room.
THREE (3) BAY FRONT UNITS
All three units on the bay have:
An outdoor rinse off shower; Jacuzzi tubs; A dining room table that seats 8; Crab traps, bucket and crab net; Extra tv's with basic cable.
In addition your unit:
Overlooks the Barnegat Bay with great sunsets;
Next to the guarded bay beach;
Next to the bay park playground;
Next to the fishing/crabbing pier;
1 block from the Park Bakery and B&B department store.
UNIT #1 - BAYFRONT WITH 3 BEDROOMS ON THE FIRST FLOOR (SLEEPS 8)
This unit has very large bedrooms with great closet space. It has two full baths. It has direct access to the laundry room and direct access to the picnic area. Its large great-room window offers a view of the playground, the guarded beach and the bay. Two bedrooms have queens and one with twins. To fit 8 you may use the futon couch in the largest bedroom or the pull-out couch in the living room.
UNIT #2 BAYFRONT WITH 3 BEDROOMS ON THE 2ND FLOOR (SLEEPS 8)
This unit has good sized rooms and great closet space. It has a full bath and a half bath. The great room has two sets of slider doors that lead to a second floor deck for: breakfast outside; watching sunsets; watching the kids on the playground, etc. The bedrooms have a queen, a double, and a set of twins. There is a pull-out queen couch in the living room.
UNIT #3 BAYFRONT WITH 5 BEDROOMS ON THE 2ND AND 3RD FLOORS (SLEEPS 12)
This unit has big rooms and good closet space. It has a full bath on the 2nd floor and a full shower bath on the third. The great room on the 2nd floor has 2 sets of slider patio doors that lead to a deck for: breakfast outside; watching sunsets; a great view of the beach, the playground, and the fishing pier. The third floor has its own deck too. The two bedrooms on the 2nd floor have a queen and a double bed. The third floor has two bedrooms with a double bed and a set of twins. The third floor also has a large loft area with several futon beds and much floor space. Its likely you will not need the queen pull-out couch in the 2nd floor great room.
